Description of Changes

This pull request adds a summary of color blindness (color vision deficiency, CVD)
and provides practical accessibility guidelines for educational and professional materials.

It highlights:

  • Types of color blindness (red-green, blue-yellow, total achromatopsia)
  • Causes and symptoms
  • Inclusivity guidelines: high-contrast palettes, patterns/text labels instead of color-only cues
  • Tools like DaltonLens Colorblind Simulator

Goal: improve accessibility and inclusivity for color-blind individuals in AI, education, and presentations.
