Description of Changes

This pull request adds guidance on scent sensitivity (perfumes/colognes) for Issue #41.
It provides practical recommendations for creating an inclusive environment for attendees with asthma, allergies, or chemical sensitivities.

Highlights include:

  • Recommendations for registration emails and badges
  • Signage reminding attendees to avoid strong scents
  • Encouraging presenters and participants to use unscented products
  • Designated scent-free areas
  • Raising awareness in conference guides or websites

Goal: improve accessibility and inclusivity for attendees with respiratory or chemical sensitivities.
