Close #2259

Significantly reduce main.css from 1100 to under 300 lines while maintaining functionality. Key improvements include:

  • Modularized gallery & carousel shortcode CSS for better organization
  • Separated Chroma syntax highlighting, easily customizable via Hugo's override system
  • Minimal breaking changes, only affects users using gallery/carousel CSS without corresponding shortcodes
