This release:

1. Simplified structure of the config file.
2. Exposed more setting for Spine animation.
3. Fixed some bugs for DPI Scale.
   Tips: Spine window with default settings is fullscrenn-sized, you have to rewrite the config file to resize it.
   WARNING: Source code here is not latest (net8.0-windows_x64.zip is latest), use git clone or download zip instead.
