Is there any way to configure the analysis?
Because I see many of the stuff mentioned on it is about unit tests and perhaps we should exclude them from the analysis.

Yes, @CesarD.

You can change the rules (with some limitations), here

Also you can manage individual issues status (so you can close or won't fix many of them too). In this View
