It's helpful to implicitly delineate the purpose of each contract, transaction & scripts with the project's directory structure.
This PR also removes unused scripts and transactions and fixes a bug in the prg test helper methods. To make sure future bugs are not introduced, the ci workflow was updated to run when prg test files are updated.
