specifically these badges:

I think having a tooltip instead of (or in addition to) a reference improves the user experience by making it more linear. In my opinion, as a rule of thumb, the less the user has to traverse to other pages, the better.

Should the definition here and the tooltip definition be linked somehow so they cannot desync?
