   从centos标准库中获取并修改两个函数, 解决程序异常退出后pid文件未正常删除, 同时pid被占用无法正常启动的问题;
   1) 未把函数从系统文件中导入是为了解决不同发行版的兼容性, 目前测试兼容centos/ubuntu系统;
   2) 还有个bug未解决, 就是无法正常重启没有pid文件的情况; (程序启动后pid文件被删, 这种情况无法重启或再启动一个程序)
