This PR updates the view definition extraction logic to use information_schema.views by default as it doesn't require owner permissions on the view and keeps SHOW CREATE VIEW as a fallback in case the first doesn't work. It also handles missing CREATE VIEW prefixes in the view definitions that are not present the definitions fetched from information_schema.views.

Bug: TypeError when both queries return None for view_definition

At line 221, create_view_pattern.search(view_definition) is called, but view_definition can be None at this point if both the primary query (information_schema.views) and the fallback (SHOW CREATE VIEW) return None/empty. In that case, re.search() on None raises a TypeError: expected string or bytes-like object, got 'NoneType'.

This TypeError would then be caught by the bare except Exception on line 227, silently swallowing the real error and only logging a generic warning. While the function won't crash the overall process, it masks the root cause and makes debugging harder.

The fix should add a null guard before the regex check.

In queries.py lines 56-57, the placeholders {schema} and {view} are interpolated via Python's str.format() at metadata.py line 205:

The schema and view_name values are injected directly into the SQL string before it's passed to sql.text(). This is NOT parameterized SQL — sql.text() only recognizes :param or %(param)s style bound parameters. The same pattern exists for the fallback query at line 211 with full_view_name.

While schema and view_name originate from database metadata (not direct user input), they could contain malicious values in compromised or adversarial catalog environments. More practically, schema or view names containing single quotes or other special characters will cause SQL errors.

The query should use SQLAlchemy bound parameters:

Note: The same .format() pattern is used by TRINO_VIEW_DEFINITION_FALLBACK and TRINO_TABLE_COMMENTS, but the fallback uses SHOW CREATE VIEW which inherently requires unparameterized identifiers. The primary query, however, uses WHERE clause values which should absolutely be parameterized.
