Fetch and render the individual counters for the notifications filter list and the top/bottom navigation bar via turbo rails from individual controller endpoints asynchronous. This way we can render the notification page first and then one by one the individual counters. This makes rendering the main views quicker since we don't have to wait for the counters to be calculated.
