This draft covers where I left off on the cluster-autoscaler deployment. OKE recommends using Instance Principals to authenticate to the OCI APIs, but we don't have IAM access in the OCI console. I attempted to set up the cluster autoscaler by passing a cloud-config file, but ran into a number of issues arount authentication.
