In the Actions tab we can build the images manually by triggering the job docker-latest, which will build the images, push them to DockerHub and run a CVE scan on each of the following:
opendatacube/geobase:builder
opendatacube/geobase:runner
opendatacube/geobase:wheels
opendatacube/geobase
