Tests cover default state with empty manager, rowCount reflecting bookmarks from a single user manager and from both user and project managers combined, all six data roles (BookmarkId, BookmarkName, BookmarkGroup, BookmarkPoint, BookmarkCrs, BookmarkUser), invalid index returning an invalid QVariant, roleNames completeness, removeBookmark reducing rowCount, updateBookmarkDetails changing name and group, getBookmarkPoint and getBookmarkCrs returning correct values, setMapSettings signal deduplication, and removing a non-existent id being a no-op
