Description
This PR replaces RestIntegTestTask with Test for integTestRemote task
This is done to prevent spinning up an unnecessary testcluster when this task runs since the task already expects a remote target cluster. Bringing up a testcluster is unnecessary so this is an optimization to prevent use of unnecessary resources.
