Add integration test to create and delete PIT with AwsSdk2Transport

Description

Adds an integration test to create and then delete a PIT on a domain. This test currently fails with

org.opensearch.client.opensearch.integTest.aws.AwsSdk2SearchIT > testCreateDeletePit FAILED
