fix: Error of SCC example yaml file is fixed

Additional information:
The error is occurring because we are allowing all the capabilities in the allowedCapabilities section and again we are droping capabilities in requiredDropCapabilities section.
To resolve this issue, I removed wildcard from allowedCapabilities section and added KILL capability.

I'm waiting for a openshift member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
