Allow multiple AHT2X sensors by allowing (single) sensors on multiple I2C pin pairs.
Might be stripped down by using global vars e.g. for time between readings, this one allows specific intervals per sensor.
Also added "aht2x_used_channel(ch)" so in new_pins.c we can see if channels are used and display on main page
