This PR continues #16 and fixes opentofu/opentofu#1131 by generating a static releases page. It needs a change in the Cloudflare configuration to run
build.shand load from thedist/directory. The root directory must be changed to/.Preview page: https://releases-page.opentofu-get.pages.dev/tofu/
