Details:

  • Running the init schedule using a single thread should avoid this bug (currently under investigation). Or the frequency of reproducing it should drop to almost null. Summary: an I/O management issue w.r.t. init schedules.
  • The other bug fix was already merged on the master branch, more details in this PR.
