Summary

ensure repository root is added to Python path before importing pytorch_solver
print Python import errors to aid debugging

Testing

./test.sh
./Release/Sibernetic -no_g -f configuration/test/test_energy -l_to lpath=./buffers/torch_example timelimit=0.001 logstep=25 backend=torch (fails later with environment warning but pytorch solver loads)
