Update README.md for MCP packages installation and runtime issues#209

While setting up the MCP packages, I faced several errors, and fixed those by finding some resolutions, the errors include Python version issues, dependencies not present, and package version incompatibility. The additional section in the documentation covers the issue fixes, if anyone faces the same in the future.
