This PR adds Resource Principal authentication support to the Oracle NoSQL Java SDK, implementing the same architecture and behavior used by the OCI Java SDK but adapted to the NoSQL SDK. Resource Principal support is implemented across SDK versions 1.1, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.2, and 3.0. Currently version "2.1" is not supported but soon be added.
