In-order to be eligible to work on this project as Request for Code under the banner of Amrita Summer of Code, 2025, you are required to form a team of size 1-4 and have all the members register at amsoc.vercel.app

Guidelines

1. Keep all discussions limited to this discussion channel by tagging the project manager via @username

3. Maintain decorum and avoid any misbehavior with the project manager. This can be subjected to disqualification.
4. Send us an update every week with regards to your progress for your respective project. If we do not receive an update for more than 10 days then your team will be disqualified automatically.

Hey @Nandgopal-R and Edge Crew, great to see that you folks are interested in building out a Rust SDK. However @yendelevium cannot be a part of the team

Starting Pointers

1. Take a look at the current Go SDK for Cloudflare v4
2. In the free-tier, not all services are available so you would not be able to build and test all of it
3. Make sure to have a library build cargo new --lib
4. Include test-driven development. Every sub-module should be complete with test-cases.
5. I'll try to get one of you a Cloudflare subscription if I can but no promises on that just yet.

General Pointers

1. Fork the repository and drop a link to it under this message. Don't forget to tag me.
2. Send me a comprehensive list of functions that you would be supporting and a 3-phase breakdown across a span of 60 days on how to complete it within 14th of July, 2025
3. Let's work with a 60 day deadline and we can extend based on progress made
4. If there are 2 weeks with no progress, then you are eligible to be disqualified from this and cannot re-attempt it. (exam weeks are an exemption)
