How to re-enable “Auto” mode in the Planning Tutorial?

Hello, and thank you for maintaining this great project!

Autoware version: release/v1.0

While following the Autoware Planning Tutorial, I encountered the following issue:

[service_log_checker_node-5] [ERROR] [1761827111.215340361] [system.service_log_checker]: /api/operation_mode/change_to_autonomous: status code 1 'The target mode is not available. Please check the diagnostics.' (/adapi/node/operation_mode)

Could you please let me know how to re-enable the “Auto” mode?

Try building rclcpp in your parent directory.
You can try the main implementation (https://github.com/ros2/rclcpp/tree/humble) or the TIER IV fork (https://github.com/tier4/rclcpp/tree/t4-main).

Tier IV works for me.
