Ability to record directly in Studio

a feature i'd love to see that i think is low hanging fruit: a recording panel. allow each topic to be toggled on/off and renamed, write the stream coming out of the current player to a file on disk. it would double as both a live session recorder and a bag transformer

This is a pretty vague idea at this stage, we would be interested if anyone wants to chime in with real world needs.

For example: Should we record to ros1 bags? Or some other format?

Is this really beneficial over what is already possible using ROS cli tools?
