Turf tracker setup
==================
 1. Create a Google Sheet and name it.
 2. Go File -> Import, choose Upload, and select turf.csv.
 3. Set Import location to Replace spreadsheet.
 4. Ensure that Convert text to numbers, dates, and formulas is enabled.
 5. Hit Import data.
 6. Repeat steps 2–5 for turf_output.csv, instead choosing Insert new sheet(s).
 7. Hide columns A
 8. Open Tools -> Script editor, name it, paste in turf.gs, and hit Save project.
 9. Back in the Sheets editor, rename the Sheet1 tab as you see fit.
10. Select A3:K4 and add the following rules via Format -> Conditional formatting:
   * Duplicate entry (blue): =countif($A:$A, $A3)>1
   * Failed to process (red): =or(and($H3>0, not($J3)), and(not($H3), $J3))
   * Processing incomplete (yellow): =and($H3<>$K3)
   * Recut (green): =and($B3, not($H3))
11. Select H3:H4 and configure Data -> Data validation as follows:
   * Criteria: List of items
   * List of items: 0
   * Show dropdown list in cell: leave checked
   * On invalid data: Reject input
   * Appearance: check
   * Show validation help text: Set to 0 if there are no turfs; otherwise, leave blank!
12. Select 4:4, open Data -> Protected sheets and ranges, and choose Show a warning...
13. Hide columns A, I, and K.
14. Select View -> Freeze -> 2 rows.
15. Switch to the turf_output tab and rename it to MiniVAN.
16. Select 3:3, open Data -> Protected sheets and ranges, and choose Show a warning...
17. Select View -> Freeze -> 2 rows.

NB: Whenever you add a new row to the main tab, copy its contents from the (protected) template row!
