Alpha 4

Big changes under the hood, now supports MUCH larger applications and external auto-loaders, amongst other bug fixes.

Alpha 3

Enabled support for all output methods but changed file list handling once more.

Alpha 2

This is a partially working release that now has basic functionality. It still lacks support for class constants, and public / protected class parameters. It is currently capable of outputting to screen and as a downloadable file, and will soon support outputting to file or as a string.

Very early alpha, not in working condition.
