Description
Since we upgraded the PyTorch version, the pinned flash-attn version 2.7.4.post1 doesn't have a prebuilt wheel and has to be built from source. Tested that the error we previously encountered about an unknown symbol doesn't show up after unpinning.
Tested with e2e tests.
