Owncloud 10.0 was recently released as the stable version and this app stopped working due to the max-version check. News seems to work just fine on owncloud 10.0 once this change is applied.

Hi ! (sorry for my bad english !) go to /news/appinfo directory change max-version="9.1" => max-version="19.1" (or other thing) activate apps !! it's works. I test it ;) enjoy !! |

tested with oc 10.0.4 and news 8.8.0. The info.xml hack does not work. app can not be activated. Message shows: Fehler: Diese Anwendung kann nicht aktiviert werden, da sie den Server instabil macht. |
