First, thank you for creating and maintaining such a powerful and important tool for pangenomics.

I've been working on a project to make odgi's engine accessible to the Rust ecosystem, and I'm happy to share the result: odgi-ffi.

It's a safe, idiomatic Rust wrapper that handles the FFI boundary, allowing developers to build new tools in Rust on top of odgi's core algorithms.
