Thanks for the PR, please add a PRdoc( refre the contributors guidlines) and also there is clippy error. Also here is a reference implementation https://github.com/dhirajs0/runtimes/blob/39f5fb53fff6ae9ed7dda2894d837e76776f1f3f/system-parachains/common/src/pay.rs#L98-L104
