You kinda removed something that wasn't used anymore :D Good that its gone. But what you also need to remove is the actual stable attribute.

Start by removing Config::UnsafeUnstableInterface and unravel from there. You also want to remove the is_stable variable and its supporting code in the macro. Also the code inside uapi to flag functions as unstable.
