Emulated test scenario to cover the case of reserve-transferring coretime regions to other parachain (Penpal). The scenario in real-life examples allows to implement secondary markets for coretime
The change also introduces
pallet-uniquesfor Penpal chain to be able to receive NFTs from CoretimeTODO:
