K8SPS-346: Increase default bootstrap timeout to 12 hours

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
Bootstrap process fails due to timeout if dataset is bigger than 100 GB.

Cause:
Clone takes more 5 minutes.

Solution:
Increase default timeout to 12 hours.
