Add manifest.json file

With HA 0.92 - they recommend the use of manifest.json file:

I've created one for the project

Copy the two files to your sonoff custom_component folder and restart HASS

You should remove the requirements from the __init__.py file and add the manifest.json file in the sonoff folder and you're good to go

This will solve issues like #124, #130, #133. Definitely worth it.
