I created this template as reminder for myself to be mindful of how I request people's time. I posted it here in case others find it useful.
- To grab the template, go to the site and use the Copy To Clipboard button.
- In Outlook, open the View Templates panel in a new appointment.
- Name the template and paste the contents of the clipboard.
- To use the template with Outlook, open the View Templates and press the template in the list.
- Edit the placeholder content as needed.
This project uses clipboard.js for the clipboard functionality.
