Hey,
to be able to support DBAL v3, I've bumped the minimum PHP version to 8.0 and Codeception to ^4.1.
Tests are still passing but I had to remove the
EchoSQLLoggeras that was removed in DBAL v3.Let me know if there are any changes required before being able to merge :)
