This branch includes a rebased/tidied PSRAM, a bump to LwIP and other changes/fixes to mainline MicroPython.
Allow presto to be instantiated twice in a row and handle cleanup accordingly. This fixes #64.
Avoiding a whole reformat, since I don't agree with some of its changes.
Gives us a better idea of what's going into the filesystem build.
Update the docs in the tool with hints on how to use it.
