Update YAML Timestamp Settings Wording to Help Clarify Usage #1204

Fixes #1199

There was some confusing wording in the docs. This should hopefully make it clear how things work when the source of truth for date modified is set to changes in Obsidian. The user edits only create a timestamp update when the YAML Timestamp update after x seconds setting is enabled.

Changes Made:

  • Updated wording and generated docs
