Removed `react-intl` from peerDependencies in `volto-code-block`. Updated Volto package to version `18.0.0-alpha.41` in `mrs.developer.json`. I made these changes because the translations did not work without this change for some inexplicable reason

Translations for German have been added, and adjustments to versions have been made. Specifically, the Volto version was updated in the mrs.developer.json file, and react-intl was removed from the peerDependencies (see commit). These changes were made because, prior to the update, the i18n functionality was not working correctly, the translations from the .po files were not being applied.
