fix(Leva): disable dev warning

Resolves #358, semver patch alternative to #330.

Disables React 18 deprecation warnings when creating a legacy root.

ReactDOM.render is no longer supported in React 18. Use createRoot instead. Until you switch to the new API, your app will behave as if it’s running React 17. Learn more: https://reactjs.org/link/switch-to-createroot

I found out the error was on my side, maybe? I was using vitest and needed to pass --dom. After that Leva stop throwing errors. So I'm tempted to close this PR unless that anybody else finds it useful?
