Successfully revised CONTRIBUTING.md following the "reference over duplication" principle. What Changed Structure Overhaul: - ✅ Reorganized into clear hierarchy: Quick Start → Setup → Architecture → Build → Contributing → Specialized Guides → Help → Appendix - ✅ Added Quick Start section with resource links to CLAUDE.md, CC-SESSIONS.md, Forum, GitHub Issues - ✅ Consolidated Eclipse IDE setup (removed verbose plugin instructions) - ✅ New: Claude Code CLI Setup section as optional AI assistant - ✅ New: Concise Project Architecture overview (references CLAUDE.md for details) - ✅ Consolidated build commands to essential variants only - ✅ Reorganized Contributing Code into Before/Writing/Submitting sections PDF Importers Section: - ✅ Streamlined with reference to sessions/knowledge/pdf-importer.md for TDD workflow - ✅ Added slash command references (/pdf-importer, /pdf-debug) - ✅ Kept essential info: debug files, test patterns, reference implementations Preserved Content: - ✅ Interactive Flex Query Importers (consolidated) - ✅ Translations (POEditor workflow) - ✅ Trade Calendars - ✅ Images and Icons - ✅ Regex reference table - ✅ Color code reference table Documentation Audit Results Service-documentation agent rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) - ✅ All file references validated (CLAUDE.md, CC-SESSIONS.md, sessions/knowledge/pdf-importer.md) - ✅ All cross-references accurate - ✅ GitHub source links verified (fixed ExtractorMatchers.java path) - ✅ Table of contents matches all sections - ✅ Follows "reference over duplication" principle perfectly - ✅ Status: READY FOR COMMIT
