Pre-Built Binaries and Simulations

In this release, we provide the Broadmark system compiled with CGAL and OpenCL support for both Debug and Release (with the associated .ilk and .pdb files). Also, we include an updated version of the Simulation Generation Tool and some pre-generated scenes for testing.
