• the 2021 articles are nowhere near complete (see the tournament template). i wouldn't merge them as they are

Just removed oPHN 2021

• "osu!standard" is unofficial terminology. if it's part of the tournament name, it can stay as is, but anywhere else, the game mode should be called "osu!"

• why are the rulesets so different between tournaments? 🤔

afaik, it depends to the game mode hosts and players' suggestions/feedback

after applying these:

• all headings should be sentence case, not title case
• bold tiebreakers
• i've done this for some spots in the reviews, but wherever you have 4K/7K splits, put them below the level 2 headings. for example:
