我找了提交历史记录，但是似乎并没有找到
本文是 520778d 引入的，时间为 18 年，后来没有人翻译过
我也搜索了 is:pr [ZH] bn 和 is:pr [ZH] Beatmap Nominators
People\The_Team\Beatmap_Nominators\Rules 是 39a6ea1 翻译的，其中第一次存在指向了本文的链接，但并没有相关内容
中文 BN 文章最初在 #3287 添加，文中也没有相关内容
是藏在其它地方吗？
