This PR updates the VS Code extension recommended in the setup tutorial to one that explicitly supports p5.js 2.0.

fixes #1083

Thanks! Do any of the subsequent steps in the tutorial need to change now? e.g. it looks like the name of the command palette task is different in this extension.
