Twee behoeften:

  • maatwerk voor gemeenten: niet enkel interesse in verhuurde panden, maar ook in andere terreinen. Met naam en toenaam!
  • statistisch werk: begrijpen van de eigenaarsstructuur (v.b. zijn de rijhuizen in de handen van "grootgrondbezitters"?)

Beide impliceren nieuwe vragen voor CEVI, beide impliceren juridische vragen (en wie kan ze beantwoorden?)

We gaan verder op het anonieme spoor en nemen op met CEVI. Stephanie boekt iets in met Ilse.
