Mostly some progress on NCH, and a few bug fixes.

No big plan I think for the next release:

• bumping a few libraries
• keep doing the refacto of the classification modules (may be remove the global optimizer?)
• deprecate the firebase module (was a good idea, but in practice not used since a while).

There is a warning in doc build:
autosummary: failed to import QuanticClassifierBase.

In classification/__init__.py, QuanticClassifierBase must be added in __all__
