note this is currently blocked by build issues. we could update the .travis.yml file in this repo after pyro-ppl/pyro#2775 |

That's fine, this isn't a blocker. conda-forge allows us to put the license in the recipe repo. Whenever a release is cut with this PR merged, I can remove that and point it to this copy instead. |

Noticed this while trying to set up conda packaging. It'd be nice to include this in the installed package.
