Summary
This PR introduces some changes in the new system module to enable more interactions with Qiskit 1.x items such as the
Operatorclass from quantum_info or Qiskit Pulse itself through the adding of some fields to enable Schedule/ScheduleBlock simulations.It also introduces a template Backend class for simulating a system of fixed frequency transmons of arbitrary dimensions, and can be used straightforwardly with Qiskit 1.x.
